Ozark Country Cottage has all updated furniture, mattresses, bedding, towels, curtains, rugs, refrigerator and washer and dryer. Enjoy the comforts of home as you come together as a family to relax after a fun day in the Ozarks! The little yellow cottage is located in the heart of Ava. There is a quiet neighborhood and a shady carport to sit and relax to enjoy some extra dining space. The Cottage has fresh white bedding, cozy blankets and clean towels to make your trip easy to enjoy. The new Smart TV has a DVD player, DVDs and a Wii gaming system for some extra family fun. Free Wi-Fi available to add your streaming services. Portacrib, highchair and toys are available for your youngest family member. The kitchen is fully stocked with new dishes, utensils and pots and pans. There is a window air conditioner, in room air-conditioner and 3 ceiling fans to help beat the Missouri heat. The new queen bed is super comfortable and the new twin bunk bed is suitable for kids or adults. Safety is important: CO2, smoke alarms and fire extinguisher. NEW- Wifi available starting Dec 1st!!
