Summary: Our room was not in good condition - it smelled bad, some appliances were dirty when we checked in, and the kitchen sink was leaking. Also, the linens were stained to the point we weren’t sure if they had even been washed. We expected more from this resort although we did enjoy the pool and the veranda restaurant.

Summary: The property was nice and clean. Unfortunately the front desk staff failed to inform us that the room we booked 6 months prior to our visit was” Sold out”. When we arrived we were told we got a “ complimentary upgrade” which wasn’t in fact an upgrade. We receive a one bedroom and studio connected room rather than the courtyard loft. The studio room started leaking from the ceiling and the floors were soaked. The staff popped the water bubble on the ceiling and put down towels to keep the floor dry. We also were locked out of our room during the tropical storm and we weren’t given a time estimate on when it would be fixed. We were not compensated for any of our convenience and the front desk staff didn’t seem to have any urgency with our concerns. The staff in the veranda bistro were so nice, friendly courteous and made the unpleasant stay more Pleasant. The house attendants were great, the food was amazing drinks were amazing overall the stay was ok but I would not return to this resort.

Summary: The property was ok breakfast was good but no housekeeping staff visited my room from my check in to my check out same toilets and washcloths for 3 days

Summary: Our stay was simply a delight. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was especially comfy. The balcony was right above the water with an amazing view. The Veranda restaurant was the prefect spot for breakfast… the croissants were delicious. The staff at the Veranda were pleasant and helpful. The resort was well kept, although some parts by the pool were well worn.
