Summary: The villa was spectacular. Not only did it have a ton of space, but the layout enabled our group to spend time together, but areas where you could just relax. The villa is well equipped with everything we needed. We have a large family, so we always stay in a vacation home when traveling and hands down this was the best experience. Communication prior to our trip was the best I have ever had. Gabi was so responsive and provided amazing recommendations. We followed her guide from preordering groceries to the restaurants, to the perfect beach locations, and even an incredible sunset catamaran cruise. We were not disappointed. What I loved the most were the personal touches throughout our stay that really made us feel like we were welcome guest in someone’s home not just renting a space. Thank you Gabi and your whole team!

Summary: The house was stunning. We took a group of 10 with us and all had plenty of space, large rooms and comfortable beds. The pool was fantastic with the most beautiful view. We will be back and would love to stay at the Villa Funtime again.

Summary: We had 8 on the trip from the US and UK. The villa has everything and is treated like a hotel stay with multiple cleanings and fresh flowers and Villa Fantome gift bags and carry totes in each room. There is Villa Fantome branding throughout and story book of its history. The house is beautifully decorated with great art work and art coral coffee table pieces. The interior and exterior architecture is exquisite and the flooring is a beautiful marble throughout and the bedding and towels are 5 star hotel. Beautiful sitting spaces throughout and very spacious. High end furniture throughout. The pool and pool chases are a wonderful home escape for the chill days. The views are fantastic throughout the villa. The closest town Phillipsburg has great shopping restaurants and a very nice beach just ten mins drive. We did a private catamaran trip and had private Chef Laura do a dinner at the villa. Great place and island. Highly recommend.

Summary: The house was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view. There were so many amenities it felt like you were staying at a hotel. We stayed for 10 days so the house was cleaned three times. I highly recommend staying here.

Summary: We spent a week with 8 friends in Sint Maarten and stayed at Villa Fantome. The property was better than advertised. It really was a beautiful villa and the views were spectacular. The property manager, Daryl, was a pleasure to work with and the owner even connected us with a private chef to come in and cook for us one evening. It was an experience we won’t forget and I would definitely rent this property again in the future.

Summary: Villa is everything it claims to be. Beautiful property, views, and great "jumping off" location to orient beach and other areas of interest. Only drawbacks were (1)the non-heated pool but that wasn't promised. It was very windy the weeks we were there (end of january) And (2) it wasn't an easy walk to beach. That said, it is an amazing property and the owners and villa manager are very easy to access.
