Negative: The room is dated but clean with a good enough bathroom and plenty of hot water. The atmosphere of the house was a bit off, felt like breaking into sb else's house. But breakfast was embarrassing. Toast, butter and jam. And not enough of it for all the guests staying.

Positive: Location. And old style “Boarding House” was like staying in a movie set.

Negative: Shower was broken. We all had to take a bath.

Positive: Bed comfy and had all basics needed e.g. tea, coffee, towels etc. and close to centre of bath. Cleanliness reasonable.

Negative: Needs an update. Basic small room. TV would not always work due to poor internet. We could only watch catch up no live TV. We never managed to connect to wifi. Breakfast expensive at £15 a head, so went to Wetherspoons for a fraction of the price. Very noisy family staying woke us at 5am. talking loudly and banging doors going in and out.

Positive: Spacious room with comfortable beds windows that open,with a short walk to town. Bus stop out the front.

Negative: Incorrect check in time through booking service. No staff on-site to assist. No refrigerator and no fan.

Positive: 10 minutes walk from the city centre. The room was clean, but the toilet seat was broken. Could not find the TV remote and WIFI code. The common toilet next to the breakfast room was not working and was not cleaned for days!! It was not cooked breakfast but was continental. Car park costs £15!!
