Negative: Beyond their control....the roads were crap and treturous. The construction.

Positive: Close to where family was located

Negative: They didn’t clean the room and bathroom as needed. Found a pair of ladies underwear in the nightstand next to bed. Base of the toilet between bath tub had standing urine on the floor. Too close to the highway and can hear road traffic all night long. We’ve stayed here before and were disappointed with the housekeeping.

Positive: The staff was friendly. Check-in was easy.

Negative: There was a strange tapping sound inside the room throughout the night couldn't figure out if it was water drip or some kind of electrical circuit. Door was a little finicky with the key card and the bathroom could've been cleaner. There was mold in the shower curtain liner and the shower wasn't draining water fast enough.... Also the rate I booked with was not the right I was charged it was a $40 difference. Because of the rate range I could've stayed in Denton at a nicer hotel but didn't realize it till I was there checking in.
