Positive: It's renovated and rooms have orange walls, all stylish and even fancy (for a budget place). Rooms look new and above the price we paid for it. lot's of space, sitting area, TV. We got a room on the first floor (important for us due to child's disability) with no problems. Laundry and ice machine work great. Breakfast came out as a surprise (I don't think this information is reflected here). It's basic but included in the price. Coffee and boiled water are available all the time.

Negative: No carpeting on the floors. But it's important for us more than for others due to disabled child.
