Summary: I was waiting for the hotel staff to finish cleaning the room, it was over an hr. wait time, i visit this hotel every month for work so when the staff sees my reservation, they know who I am.

Summary: I was traveling with a group that stayed over for the CSU graduation. My room was fine - but my parent’s room had no hot water. They tried Saturday night for showers and Sunday morning- no luck.

Summary: Lots of parking available. Staff very helpful. All the hotels in town tripled their prices for graduation weekend so I paid the bucks

Summary: Oxford is my go to when I’m in Chico. Big rooms, clean, friendly staff. Breakfast is decent too. Only thing I would say is that the showers need updating but overall my spot when in town.

Summary: Room was great and staff were excellent. Sheets were a bit old so those could use replacing especially in the Executive Suite. But overall this is an excellent property

Summary: Clean comfy room, bathroom was clean, supplies to make morning coffee/tea Only complaint would be that they had only 1 working elevator on Chico graduation weekend.

Summary: Breakfast was good, but the food continually ran out and had to be replenished multiple times with guests having to wait for them to be replenished. The room we had was great but the bathtub/shower had a very creaky floor and felt like there was absolutely no support in the tub. Overall, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room and facilities seemed very clean.
