Positive: Staff was good and they had good behaviour. It was comdortable and tha location is good.

Negative: Staff was good but definitely not trained for 5 star experience. I think it's the hotel internal management that should think about it. It's not a staff issue it's a training issue. The food was not at all par with 5 star experience, it could be lot better. Breakfast has less options. No salads or variety of sweets/dessets and very less indian options. With that cost it was below average. The rooms doesn't qualify for 5 star. Doesnt feel luxurious. Sofas were cheap. Missing toiletories like brush, comb, napkins, tissue, razors, moisturisers. With the price i paid, these should be included here given that you claim it to be 5-star. No sitting area or very less sitting area for guests and receptions can have better management. Staff was not present all the time. Toileteries were absent. No brush, comb, napkins, razors. Value for money is not there.

Positive: The resort is very scenic and if you're going to laze around, then this is the right place for you.

Negative: It's slightly off the beaten track, so getting to and from the city is difficult. So if you don't wish to move out, it's a great place. This also means you rely on the property's food options. During our stay, due to LPG storage the menu was squeezed which devoid us for options
