Positive: A lovely property in a rural area it was nice and quiet central to all attractions and some lovely scenery around the property

Negative: My only problem was the distance from the car park though less than 50m it made me breathless on the walk but the pathways were nice and flat

Positive: Comfortable and quiet. Good location. Very easy to find and all went smoothly. There was a little games room with free pool table, table football and table tennis that my 8 year old son enjoyed.

Negative: Hot water in one of the bathrooms was intermittent.

Summary: Great stay. Would definitely stay again. Quiet and comfortable.

Positive: Lovely location, the owner was extremely obliging & really friendly. she even left us a welcome pack of goodies , that was such a lovely gesture. Nice quality linen & towels provided. A nice relaxed atmosphere. and also being greeted by Orio the owners 16 year old dog every morning & evening , was the icing on the cake bless him.

Negative: There is nothing not to like really, but if I was being extra picky, a fresh lick of paint in places would have made it perfect

Summary: A really lovely stay, highly recommend.

Positive: Nice peaceful location, comfy bed and bedding, friendly hosts , nice welcome basket , dog friendly,

Negative: No net curtains so other people can see in to property, no closed off garden so had to wait until another dog there disappeared to let mine out, cleaning needs some work overall , smelt damp and my clothes when came home smelt damp, needs updating and bit more care, things look bit tired in places (things taken off walls and holes left in walls, blunt knives, mismatched kitchen stuff)

Negative: A little outdated, some small issues with cleanliness - the cutlery drawer was a little dirty and the TV stand had dust. Also there was a blanket on the sofa that had a lot of dog hair all over it.

Positive: Location was perfect between Burnham and Weston Super Mare. Jane was lovely and we received a basket on arrival with Bread, Cider Apple Juice. Lovely Cake and Milk in fridge. Was a lovely added touch to our holiday. Would Definately recommend. Will return again.
