Positive: Spectacular views, the internet is fast to work remotely, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen.

Negative: The apartment is on two floors, so not handy with small kids. The apartment is filthy when we entered and needs a proper, deep cleaning. The floor was sticky and full of hair everywhere, and other dirt, from previous visitors. There was also broken glass under the sofa on the terrace. The property is calling for maintenance as it is run down: the broken window in the bathroom is left half open and it is impossible to close it; other windows have loose handles too; several cupboards doors are falling apart; it took us two days to turn on the heating function of the air con as there wasn’t any quick support at hand. The pool is a community pool (so not private as advertised) and is not well maintained either.
