Positive: The location. It’s nice and quiet and nice views.

Negative: Reception and restaurant closed for renovation. Didn’t see that when I booked noted. The shower made a loud squeaky noise when in operation.

Positive: I rated the staff as a straight line face only because there was no staff since the facilities were under construction. The location was amazing, the view was magnificent, the rooms were small but cozy maybe like a tad dated but wonderful nonetheless. Coffee maker, kitchenette, a little dining area, a place to sip coffee outside.

Negative: The only downside is the property is under construction. But I traveled during the off season and it was totally understandable. I'll be back once it's all done for sure.

Summary: Loved it. Great location. Once it's renovated, it'll be amazing.

Positive: It is amazing place , we couldn’t enjoy it much as we arrived late but hosts were very helpful in explaining us about the place and trails we can go to Everything was available in the room Breakfast was not included but restaurant was great A MUST TRY PLACE

Positive: We had our own little two bedroomed chalet which was actually very spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed included dishwasher and washing machine and dryer. It was very warm and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. They even lent us bear spray for our hike around Lake Maligne. It was good value for money. It’s a forty minute drive from Jasper but a beautiful drive with lakes and wildlife along the way. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Negative: The restaurant was quite over priced and the food was fine, but nothing special. We preferred the brewery down the road.

Summary: Peaceful three days stay at Overlander in a chalet in a lovely location.
