Summary: Very nice home for our family trip to San Antonio. The kitchen and the connecting family room was a great space for 9 of us to hangout together. The pool and backyard setting were very peaceful, relaxing and secluded. The neighborhood is very established and nice, and is very close to the highway, making the trip to downtown very accessible and convenient. My only feedback would be on the beds and the kitchen. The kitchen is beautiful with lots of windows and a large island, however, all of the cabinets except for a few on the island are locked. One of the reasons we do VRBO is to have a fully stocked kitchen to cook. If you are planning to cook, you will need to bring things like teaspoons, dry measuring cups, basics. The washer and dryer is locked up as well, so bring enough clothes to avoid doing laundry. There are two actual beds in the house. The other three beds are pullout/daybeds which are good for kids, but more challenging for adults who prefer comfortable mattresses. Overall, a very nice property.

Summary: Our family really enjoyed our time in this house. there's plenty of room and plenty of toys/ games for kids in the house. Though it was disclosed, it would've been nice to have access to the washer and dryer while staying here as well as access to some storage/ cabinets in the kitchen. two small minor things, but everything else was perfect!

Summary: Lovely home for a planned trip to see family. Children loved the pool. Plenty to keep them entertained and spacious enough for adults to be away from noise. Karissa was very prompt and responsive.

Summary: The home was in a great area, we loved the pool area and the outdoor area, what we didn’t enjoy was the feeling of being watched by the owners, the home was never able to cool off due to a lock being set on all a/c units, the home only provide BARE minimum of everything - kitchen area was all Locked up we didn’t have access to ANY CLEANING supplies, we only had one large pot and a few frying pans, no backup paper towels nor garbage bags & upon arrival one of the outdoor trash cans were over flowing with left over trash so we only had one can for a 4 day stay. The blinds in the family rooms were on some type of automatic switch where they went down at 8:15pm and raised OPENED at 6:30am (very unhappy with that) the hallway bathroom overflowed on the first day therefore we no longer used it cause we had no access to a plunger, broom nor a mop. We had to use one of the bath towels to clean up the water which then left us with one less towel to dry off with (ridiculous) Again the home was very roomy yet we were so uncomfortable from the text that asked (is the cooktop still on?) I then replied yes due to us cooking!! I texted about the internet not working then they replied that they could see it working (creepy). Then it stated that there was a jacuzzi yet it was drained or broken therefore we could use that either. That second nite they had a bad wind storm so a lot of outdoor items were knocked over or laying down, so more work yet no materials to do it great
