Summary: Overall we enjoyed our stay at this house - it’s an outdated layout but host managed to make the best out of it. Backyard pool with a sunset view is the highlight. Location is very close to airport. Neighborhood is peaceful but it’s not an aesthetic / upscale location and that may not be obvious from the listing (if that matters to you at all). Host is always available and accommodating.

Summary: Overall, our stay at this property was great. The house was set up perfectly for our family - our 2 kids got their own rooms upstairs next to our master, and my mother got her own master downstairs away from the noise. We were grateful to have a washer, dryer, and dishwasher, as well as a play pen and high chair for our toddler. We all loved the pool and hot tub, and the house was in a great location. We did have some challenges with heating the pool and hot tub, but the property owner was quick to respond and assist. The property could use a bit of updating, as could the guide book provided (none of the information within was accurate). All in all, we enjoyed the property and would recommend to other families.

Summary: Overall we enjoyed the property. It is an older property and needs some upkeep in yard and pool area. Pool was big and wonderful for the kids. Spa would not heat up. Owners/representatives were attentive and helpful Overall a great vacation. On shower handle issue that needs attention. Nice place quiet neighbor hood. Good location.

Summary: This house worked out very well for our 2 families this past week. The central location was perfect, with an easy enough drive in all directions to the Riverwalk, Sea World, and even to New Braunfels for tubing. The inside of the house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The first impression of the pool area was a bit of a downer for us as it wasn't very clean upon our arrival. However, the communication about the pool with Andrew the property owner was very quick and he had the pool cleaner arrive the next morning to take care of the issue. The pool is a good size and the hot tub heats up quickly, with our families enjoying a lot of time in both. The pool area furniture is starting to get dated and the basketball hoop needs to be mounted again, but overall a great pool and hot tub. For the price, with the location, interior cleanliness, and great communication from the owner, I gave an overall 5 star. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Summary: Location was great! Property managers were very responsive. Heat didn’t work at first since it had never been used (San Antonio) but the managers got it working the next day and we’re very responsive! Overall great stay with hot tub and pool.
