Positive: The house was secure and clean. The manager was very communicative. The shower soap was luxurious.

Negative: The room was smaller than expected, with no dresser, end tables or desk, and closet. The floor heating vent had visible mold which probably came from the ductwork. The block felt a little sketchy. The neighboring house had a window 15 feet from the bedroom window. The staircase was narrow, steep, and uneven. All the same, the bargain was awesome, and the neighborhood had lots of African and Middle Eastern restaurants and stores.
