Positive: The host, Claire, was amazing. She was out of town but organized everything remotely and was in frequent contact to ensure we had everything we needed.

Negative: We came back late from Galway and almost couldn't find the house again as it was pitch black - to be fair, probably lack of planning on our part :)

Positive: Its location was perfect only 30 minutes drive from Galway centre. The thing that made it was the host Claire she was so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. She also gave me some pointers on what to do on my last day in Ireland.

Positive: Staying in this home was very nice. Claire is so friendly and very interesting to talk to. I really enjoyed the quiet and comfort of the room. I was traveling alone, so safety was on my mind. But Claire went out of her way to make me feel comfortable, even picking me up at the bus station. I would love to stay here again if I’m ever in this neck of the woods.

Positive: Lovely home with a lovely host. Claire provided her number in case we ran into any trouble whilst we were in Ireland. We were also given advice on what to see in the area and, as we had a car with us, we were able to go on a lovely drive to the National Park nearby recommended to us by Claire, and could easily get into the city of Galway from the house. A breakfast was provided in the morning and a short walk takes you to the incredible Lough Corrib
