Positive: Firstly the hosts Jim and Anna are extremely welcoming and accommodating and passionate about the area. They will provide you with all the best places to go in this beautiful region. The place itself provides you with a lovely view over the lough in serenity and peace. It is fully equipped with everything you might need for as long as you can stay. We really wish we had more days as there is a lot to explore in the area. The village of Oughterard has everything you would need to so don't be put off that you are too far away from shops/pubs/eateries, it's a really sweet place too. Thank you so much for our time there, we hope to revisit soon and wish you all good health. Neele and Josh

Positive: Very clean, modern and well-equipped for our brief stay. Hosts were welcoming and provided helpful information about the surrounding area.

Negative: The only things we might suggest are adding a drying rack….having a washing machine was great, and secondly, the hot water from sinks can get dangerously hot - perhaps it could be adjusted. Overall a lovely stay - wish it could have been longer.
