Summary: Beautiful property with great amenities. Unfortunately the heating unit is very loud and kicked in multiple times throughout the night to hold the room temp resulting in a very broken sleep for us. Disappointing as it looks like they spent lots of money on everything else but noisy heating units is totally avoidable.

Summary: Super friendly staff as expected of the typically friendly Canadians. Large comfortable room that was spotless, fun restaurant and fireside bar, two huge open air hot tubs, walkable to downtown Banff shops. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
