Summary: comfortable, large space. Excellent bed, bath and sitting room. only issue was Kitchen, which was very poorly stocked with poor quality utensils. I had to ask the staff multiple times for supplies - but they were very responsive.

Summary: Bad stains on carpets in the room. Balcony in disrepair. Tight awkward bathroom. Magnetic shower head kept dropping off its base.

Summary: Rooms are large and in great shape. The lids for the coffee cups didn't fit the cups though.

Summary: Helpful staff. We love this hotel , only a block from the canal , where we stay for skating holidays. Having a kitchen where we can make our own meals is a big plus. Convenient underground parking. Walking distance to neighborhood grocery stores and also the centre of Ottawa.
