Positive: Very nice place. First of all it's pet friendly. The owner asks for a small additional fee for the pet. And asks not to let your pet do its business inside the facility. Which is well justified, because it's really tidy and nice. If you are interested in a quiet, comfortable place to relax with your beloved, you've got it! Not too close to the lake, around 10 minutes drive. But no crowds of people or noise. If you have no car the facility provides free bikes. Multiple options of food delivery, very nice barbecue. Rooms are pretty small, yet very well designed. So it's really comfortable and cozy. Minimalistic design without unnecessary stuff, but everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Negative: It'll be nice to have some sort of shade on parking. During the sunny day the car becomes pretty hot. Just a wind shield deflector is not enough.

Positive: Exceptionally clean territory, well-thought-out infrastructure and apartments, quiet location, friendly and willing to help hosts. Good choice for family with children, for pets owners, for those who is looking for quiet place, not for loud pop music fanats.

Negative: There where no air conditioning in our apartment, but it is OK for August time.

Summary: This is the best vacation in Ukraine i’ve ever had.
