Summary: Owner(s) very Kind! We needed help e.g. because of an ill daughter with hige feaver on Saturday - the owner gave us great support and even took us to the hospital. Ostia is a great retreat to recover from busy Rome. The seaside and beaches are just a 5 Minutes walk away from the Apartment.

Summary: We parked the rental car on arrival and did not need it throughout our stay because beaches, restaurants, bus stops, and the train as well as grocery stores were all within easy walking distance. The rental was very well supplied with a washing machine, microwave, and all pots/pans etc needed for cooking; and the internet connection and speed were reliable and fast. Mr. Germano was a very friendly and helpful host/owner and readily available. We chose to spend the last few days of our 5 person Italian vacation here since it was near the beach, Rome, and the airport; offering a relaxing time in the water, an excursion into Rome as well as an easy commute to the airport. We really enjoyed our time here and it was a great way to cap off a fun family vacation.

Summary: We had a very nice stay at Germano's apartment in Lido. Clean apartment, WIFI for all of us. Nice town, nice beach and by train you are in downtown Rome in half an hour. Shops and restaurants around the corner. Germano is very helpful and nice. Warm recommendations! Don't forget to visit Ostia Antica, 10 minutes from Lido!

Summary: The position of the appartment was excellent. The sea is just 2 mins on foot, restaurants, cafes and ice-cream parlours (very good and surprisingly inexpensive) just around the corner, and the station taking you to Rome in under 20 minutes is just 10 mins walking distance. Supermarkets etc. are also literally a stone's throw away. The appartment itself is much bigger than it seems in the photos. It is very comfortable, with central heating (important in Jan as the first couple of days were aroung 0°C) and everything you need for a stay with 2 children. All very clean - we felt quite at home and it was nice to come back to after a busy day in Rome. Would certainly come again. Our host was extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you for a memorable holiday.

Summary: It is very comfortable apartment: a lot of space, 2 bathrooms, everything is clean. The kitchen is provided with all necessary. It's about 10 minutes walk to tram station and 5 min.to beaches. If you have a comfortable vacations in a good place-go to this apartments. The owner is very friendly and help you if you need something. Thank you very much)

Summary: Great apartment in great location! We had a lovely time, the landlord germano and his family welcomed us and they were really friendly and generous. The apartment was brand new, really clean, with air conditioning and very well located, with sea, restaurants and attractions only 5 minutes away, the train station really close and the via del mare, that takes you straight to central Rome by car in only 30 minutes, just down the road. Rome main airport, Fiumicino, was very close too. Very good size rooms and well equipped kitchen to cook your own food. Definitely recommend to everybody in search of the peace of the sea and the chance of spotting the beauty of Rome and around.

Summary: The apartment was newly renovated and was in very good condition. The bedrooms were nice and functioned very good for the kids and the parents. The kitchen was fine and it was suitable for cooking own food. The apartment was close to every thing in Ostia - both the center of the city, the beach and the rail station. The price was also fine. We would stay there if we should go back to Ostia!

Summary: The apartment was great! We had fantastic time at Lido beach and also managed to discover beauty of Rome in the afternoons. In the apartment there is plenty of space, there are two new bathrooms and refurnished dining room, kitchen is fully equipped.
