Negative: - Apartment not cleaned when we arrived - AC was broken, the promised technician arrived over 5 hours late and could not fix it. They promised someone would be back the next day, but nobody came the whole stay. Very disappointing. - Price-service does not match - Equipment is very basic. Pack everything including salt and pepper. Expect only plates, pans and cutlery.

Positive: All almost perfect. We used it as a base camp for excursions around and on the lake Como. The garage was there like ordered. Just enough size for mit 4.83m car, but it fit in. All the needed things for the daily life at site.

Negative: Three small downsides, but they are subjective: I would like to have the toilet seat some centimeters lower, the mirrors could be a little bit higher, as people taller than 175 have to stoop down and the bed was too soft for me. But, all in all, not woth to mention on negative side.

Summary: Good base for travel on and around Lake Como.

Positive: KEYS WERE EASILY COLLECTABLE AND ACCESS WAS EASY AND DETAILED FOR SMOOTH ENTRY.

Negative: IT WOULD HAVE HELPED IF SOME ADAPTORS FOR UK/EUROPE/USA WAS THERE AS I HAD TO GO AND GET, WHEN PEOPLE TRAVEL FROM INTERNATIONAL COUNTRIES THAT LITTLE THOUGHT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE. THE CAR PARK ALTHO VERY GOOD, LEAVING THE PREMISES IS DANGEROUS AS IT’S DIRECT ON THE ROAD/HIGHWAY AND NOT VISIBLE TO SEE CARS COMING IN THE SAME DIRECTION, HAVE TO REALLY TAKE TIME.

Summary: OVERAL STAY WAS PLEASANT AND NEAR TO SHOPS/RESTAURANT ETC.
