Positive: Staff is very polite and helpful, speaks good English! Location is excellent, there are shops, restaurants nearby and even small market. Bus stop isn't far from the hostel. Highly recommend this place for your stay in Osh.

Positive: It was not crowded

Negative: The three bed rooms I was staying at didn't have a light switch, and the switch to turn on and off is located in the receptionist area. It's a one bedroom apartment in a residential old building. Place is not easy to find.

Positive: Very welcoming and interesting local family who speaks English. They helped me with transportation, money exchange, laundry... The kitchen and bathroom are easy to use. The bed comfy. A room had A/C, the other one a fan

Negative: Hard to find the place so make sure you get the instructions before arriving.

Positive: Great host great English to give good suggestions answer questions I had. Great price for the dorm. I was there by myself no distraction. Its not hilton grand but I keep so much money to travel many places

Positive: Great value for money. For a low price you get a cozy hostel on the northern end of the center, in a very local residential area (supermarkets and public transport nearby). The hosts were kind and had a good bubbling energy, one even spoke some Dutch. Mattresses were comfortable. Ventilator in the room (needed in summer). Warm shower. Kitchen available, incl. drinking water. Internet. Laundry for a reasonable fee. Please note that they had to recolate within the same building, so the photos don't exactly match and the room are a bit smaller (but still okay, had no problems with it).

Negative: Cleanliness of kitchen and bathroom could be a bit better. Not allowed to drink alcohol, which wasn't written anywhere (so after I had already bought it, I had to finish my wine on the street). I respect local customs and religion, but I hope when purposefully hosting a foreign clientele that goes both ways, also understanding that foreigners (and even locals - it was a kyrgyz wine) have different habits that really don't interfere with yours. If Muslim tourists visit the hotel I work at in Europe, I would also not ask them to refrain from eating halal food or stop praying to Mecca for example. Each to their own, right?
