Summary: The staff were very friendly but the hotel and room did not live up to the images on the website. It was generally tired looking and disappointing and not worth what we paid.

Summary: It was very convenient for many shopping and other options. The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist and make my stay comfortable. Suzanne at the front desk was especially helpful On the improvement side more cleanliness will help.

Summary: Driving from the airport to the hotel location was fairly straightforward, crazy traffic notwithstanding! Checking in was a quick process and I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, having read negative comments on some reviews. In my opinion, it was a perfectly decent size for a double room. The furnishings were standard but the overall decor was quite welcoming. The attached bathroom was clean and although it had a couple of maintenance issues, nothing was too serious or dangerous. I must mention the helpfulness of the staff, both at the front desk as well as room service. (I didn't use the restaurant during my stay). All my requests for assistance were dealt with promptly and so were all my orders of food by room service. The quality of the breakfast and any snacks I ordered were served hot, and quite good! They serve food until 4 am! Overall, very happy with my stay.
