Positive: The firepit setup was great. The wagon was very clean and had excellent air conditioning. The private bathroom was so great! We were surprised the farm was not open to the public and we were able to roam and play alone! The pool was great although I think we would have liked an hour to swim.

Negative: Honestly, the only down side was not being able to get food from the stands or get in to feed the goats on Saturday morning. That gate was locked up.

Summary: We loved having a unique opportunity to do something special. Our family loved the novelty of clamping in a wagon. Havin

Positive: The uniqueness of the place. The kids loved the farm.

Negative: To be fair, we visited this property in December but we were not prepared for the wind that was blowing so hard that we were afraid our teepee would fly away (it didn’t). It was so cold even with the 3 heaters on and 2 space heaters. Suggestion - a thicker comforter in the beds during the cold season?

Summary: Still at 9/10. We would visit again in the spring or early fall maybe.
