Summary: The property itself was as described and pleasant but the Jacuzzi wasn't heated and I got no response when I asked the first night of my stay if I needed to pay an extra charge to get the heat going. The refrigerator had a continuos leak throughout the weekend causing a skipping hazard in the kitchen that had to be constantly mopped up

Summary: The house is very spacious with 8 bedrooms, and located in a very nice subdivision with frequent patrol. The clubhouse is fantastic with arcade, pools, tiki bar, mini restaurant, etc. The house is a 20-30 minute drive to Universal Studios (without traffic). Publix, gas stations, a few eateries are 5-10 minute drive away. We enjoyed the house and location.

Summary: The home is large and has plenty of beds and bathrooms for a family gathering. While the home met all of our needs, and was comfortable enough, it is older and needs upkeep. If you plan to stay more than a few days, you will need to bring your own dishwashing and laundry detergents, as well as bars of soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and garbage bags, as only the basics are provided and they will not last for a large gathering over a week. Theme parks are about 30-40 minutes away. The water park in the community was very nice. Just remember to notify the owner before you go to the clubhouse so that they will have pre-approval for you to enter. Overall, we had a good stay.

Summary: We had a great time staying at this property. The kids loved the pool. We also enjoyed the water park that is part of the accommodations. I would suggest paying to heat the pool. It was a little bit cool even for 90 degree weather. Also the kids bunk bed mattresses aren’t great. But other than that it is a great property.

Summary: Listing is vague, in order to have a hot tub that’s hot you have to pay to heat pool, no grill for cook outs but you can rent one. Lists 2 kings on main floor only one. No pot holders and limited towels. Bunk beds were loose, we tightened them. Outside table and chairs were broken wicker chairs and a folding table. Now for the fun, the pool had a broken tile coming from hot tub that was broke for a while according to pool guy that one of kids sliced his hand on. Then next day the water gets shut off due to unpaid water bill. Then next day they decide to fix tile and we can’t use pool for the day. She did give us a whopping 100 dollars refund. No instructions on how stuff works. Good luck

Summary: The pod coffee maker didn't work the best. The pool was good. Some of the tiles coming out of the spa was cracked . That wasn't too safe. We had to purchase extra bath towels once we got there. There was box springs on the bunk bed instead of mattress was very uncomfortable. Great location for Disney.

Summary: The property was what we expected, it was a little outdated and could use some new patio furniture and new dining room chairs. Communication was great throughout the booking. Did notice some other houses around had a privacy screen on their screen house that would be a nice addition. One of the bedrooms listed said it had a crib, no crib on property, had to buy a second pack and play for one of the babies to sleep in. Overall great place and fit our needs well!
