This is a large, contemporary, spacious home situated on Orewa's most prominent point. The long driveway leads you to a 1,920 sqm section with 270-degree views. To the south is Orewa and the town's beautiful beach, to the east is Rangitoto Island and to the north is forested hilltops.
This two story house boasts five bedrooms and three bathrooms with an ocean view in EVERY room; it can sleep 10 comfortably. Blending rustic elegance with luxury and comfort, it features a soaring high ceiling with wood panels, a wood burning fireplace, a glass enclosed dinning room with seating for eight, a large open modern kitchen, a large flatscreen TV, sound system and WIFI connection. NEWLY FURNISHED, the house is beautifully decorated with high quality furniture, bedding, and all the amenities, including a brand new refrigerator, washer and dryer.

Summary: This is a perfect place for a retreat to sing, to share, to have quiet times soaking in the superb scenery and lots of space for 10 of us! The location is so handy and makes for fun scavenger hunts including the local walnut cafe.The property was spotless.Cant wait to come back.
