Negative: It wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. The bed was not comfortable in the main living area. Little useful space on the kitchen counter.

Positive: Perfect location, 20 metres to Orewa Beach. Amazing courtyard, lovely decor, very quiet. Rufus very friendly little dog, as we're the owners. Great weekend stay to get away from the hustle and bustle of Auckland, just a short drive, to peace and tranquility. Would stay again.

Positive: The location is wonderful, just yards from the beach. The courtyard and deck are really great, and such a bonus.

Negative: Not being able to securely separate our accommodation from the unit upstairs was strange. The kitchen is tiny with limited cooking facilities which may be fine for a night or two but for a week it was a little difficult. The provision of a small gas barbecue on the deck for guests use would really help.

Summary: Great location, almost on the beach.

Negative: Only 1 normal queen bed others were children beds low n uncomfortable. Internet stopped working 2 day we were there. Breakfast had been discontinued lucky we had enough food for breakfast as well. New owners but we were not advised of the changes Quiet disappointed

Positive: Location was perfect! The sound of the sea was calming, courtyard was beautiful.

Negative: The small beds were not the most comfortable, also not being able to lock the bathroom was fine as I was traveling with family, but if that were not the case it would not be ideal. Also there was no way to completely separate the space from the upstairs.
