Positive: Good location, you can walk easily to the city center and the market. Sufficiently clean. Nice garden around where you can seat or eat or work. Friendly owners.

Negative: If you have the aircon room downstairs, it feels a bit depressive if you stay there in the evening, and there is plenty of mosquitoes in the garden.

Positive: The first impression was not good but I guess it's because we were tired from the journey and also the owner didn't seem very welcoming but at the end we definitely liked our stay and our rooms were clean! Contrary to other reviews I read here, our AC was working perfectly, beds very comfortable and location next to the food market was great.

Negative: The photos are not very realistic. The garden needs a restyle. It's a pity that it's not so well-maintained bc for us it would have been a pleasant chill out place off the caothic Trat.
