Summary: The staff was so friendly and I would definitely go back if I ever hit San Francisco again! The hotel was nice and clean and the rooftop was so beautiful having some champagne with the hubby!

Summary: This hotel is a gem! The check-in was so fast and convenient. It was the easiest and fastest check-in I think I have ever had. I booked the incorrect room (a king stead of double bed), and they were able to upgrade the second room free of charge. They have a Keurig in the room with creamer and sugar. They have a carafe for water and they have a filtered water system on the first floor and the seventh floor. There are also glasses provided. The water is delicious, and it’s so nice to have that feature and to not constantly have to buy water from stores or vendors. There is a refrigerator in every room. The beds are incredibly comfortable. Spacious bathrooms. We went to North Beach and got some wine and they uncorked it for us and we were able to have a few drinks on the rooftop garden. It’s beautiful! It’s steps away from Chinatown! It’s incredibly close to Union Square and some of the downtown shopping. It’s not far from Fisherman’s Wharf or the Embarcadero. And the hotel and staff are lovely! Book this hotel!

Summary: Lovely two night stay. Great location. Rooms are spacious, bright, clean, and nicely decorated. Staff is pleasant and helpful. I would not hesitate staying here in the future.

Summary: A great hotel in the perfect location for the family gathering we were attending. Walking distance to the Ferry Building and so much more. The staff was incredibly helpful with late checkout and holding luggage.
