Positive: Lovely apartment in the middle of Khar, was a bit smaller than it appeared on the photos, but great stay for a couple of days.

Negative: Not sure about the frequency of housekeeping. We only stayed two nights, but ran out of shower gel and toilet paper as there was no cleaning/restocking during that time. Maybe worth to buy your own if you stay for longer.

Positive: Great location near Linking Rd and for us close proximately to family members living in Mumbai. The apartment felt very new and clean, more Western Style then Indian. The beds were comfortable and the setup was good. Loved the fact that there was a washing machine and dryer available to use in the stairwell. High floors had good views and we loved sitting out on the balcony in the morning. Front desk staff were very helpful and helped us get grocery delivery of water and breakfast provisions once we arrived. It was great for our family of 4 (we travelled with our 2 teenage boys).

Negative: Would have loved a pool and gym in the building. It would have been better if there was twin bed option for second bedroom as this would be better suited for families with kids.

Summary: Clean & new apartment in a good residential area.

Positive: The location was great, with so many facilities close by. The apartments were beautiful and cozy, I loved the furniture! We had a cozy stay and enjoyed our time there.

Negative: We weren't notified that there would not be any reception staff in the evening - so if we needed additional facilities we had to keep going down to the lobby to find one of the guards to help us. Our towels and toilet paper hadn't been restocked, so it's best to notify and reiterate to the staff beforehand of your needs, in case anything is needed towards the evening/nighttime.

Positive: Very smooth check-in, gave no problems even though I came late from the airport. Very smooth conversation in English. The host kept in proper contact on WhatsApp throughout. The porters were great as well.

Negative: I think more facilities such as a gym could be added to take this property to the next level.

Summary: Great experience, will definitely stay here again if I come to Mumbai

Positive: Clean and comfortable. Hot shower. Very helpful staff. Good central location and great value for money.

Negative: Just being picky but there were no towel rails so no opportunity for towels to dry out. Also no door on the shower so the floor gets very wet. Would have been handy to have a sheet on the bed. Just a doona which gets hot in the hot weather.
