The outdoor space is designed for enjoyment, with a large golf course, volleyball nets, and a cozy seating area under a pergola, ideal for unwinding with friends and family. Heated Pool and Spa Expectations:
1. Pool and Spa Temperatures-
Heated Pool: The pool is typically maintained at a comfortable temperature between 80°F and 85°F. Please note that the pool requires up to 6 hours to reach the set temperature once heating is activated.
Heated Spa: The spa (hot tub) is set to a therapeutic temperature, usually around 100°F to 102°F, and typically heats up within 1 hour of activation.
2. Heating Schedule and Operation
Pool Heating:
The pool heating schedule runs from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
The pool and spa do not heat simultaneously, so heating one will temporarily pause heating for the other.
If you would like to enable 24-hour heating for the duration of your stay, we can reset the heating schedule to accommodate this for an additional charge of $200. Please contact us via the platform to request this adjustment, and we will update the system accordingly.
3. Maintenance and Safety Notes

Summary: Hosted a college men’s golf team and selected this location as our base - 16 of us total - EVERYTHING was awesome - the place - the amenities - the location - too much to discuss here - but - it was an amazing place and great location and facilities and amenities - we will do this location every year !!Coach Richie

Summary: The place was amazing. There was 14 of us and there was plenty of room for everybody. We loved that there was two kitchens, two dining rooms and two living rooms made it so much easier to cook and eat would definitely return there. We will be back next year
