Positive: Staff was very friendly and welcoming, offered many good recommendations of things to do in Richmond. The room was very nice, the building is historic and the old wooden furnishings and architecture were beautiful. The room was very comfortable and spacious, convenient location near downtown Richmond. The house and the neighborhood it’s in are very quiet and peaceful.

Positive: Location downtown. Access to shared kitchen.

Negative: Cluttered bathroom in need of updating. Room was cold when I arrived and took a while to warm up with the portable electric heater. Linens were a weird hodgepodge of old (but clean) sheets/towels.

Positive: location to the downtown

Negative: one bathroom for 3 guest rooms and 1 resident. Bathroom was upstairs which was totally inconvenient if you took the room downstairs NO wifi service before i got out of the car, a homeless person asked me for money though relatively clean, everything is outdated. Upgrades to bathroom and kitchen were minimal there is no safety box; key left outside under a rock.
