Summary: We had a great stay at Orange Tree Resort! The room was clean, comfortable, and the property was beautiful. The biggest surprise was that the photos online made it look like the bedroom didn't have any windows, which was one of the reasons we booked it since we prefer a very dark room for sleeping. When we arrived, there were actually three large windows above the bed, and the room was much brighter than we expected. I mentioned it to the front desk before we even made it back to our room, and they went above and beyond for us. They actually covered the windows with cardboard to block out the light just for our stay! That level of customer service was incredible and showed they genuinely cared about making us comfortable. It's rare to find staff willing to go that extra mile. We really appreciated the effort, and because of that, we'd happily stay here again. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Summary: Very pleased with this resort. The rooms are extremely spacious and immaculately clean. But best yet the staff, especially the bellmen were excellent. Parking wasnt a huge deal, you can always walk or get a ride if you had to park further away. Its a beautiful property. We cant wait to stay again.
