‘Orange on the beach’: Apartment south oriented with amazing terrace all around and stunning sea view in a gated community with swimming pool.

The apartment is located in a calm area of Benalmadena at the entrance of Fuengirola.

The apartment overlooks the sea from a small hill and hence provides a unique panorama.

It consists of a living/dining room fully surrounded by a large terrace, a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker and washing machine, toaster, kettle, a separate bedroom with large storage possibilities and newly refurbished bathroom with a shower.

There is a swimming pool private to the community only.

Basic food is available 4min walk from the apartment at a gas station while a small supermarket is just 150m away. A Carrefour supermarket is at a 5min drive journey.

The large and sandy beach of Carvajal is just at 5min walk and you can enjoy typical bars and restaurants or walk along the wonderful promenade that will bring you to the port of Fuengirola. There is a back entrance from the property to make the beach more accessible.

The apartment also benefits from a designated parking slot which is inside the gated urbanization

If you prefer public transportation, the bus station is 3min walk away and it brings you to the Miramar big shopping mall. The train station of Carvajal is 10min walk away. There is a train every 20min and it will bring you either to Fuengirola (10min) or to the airport (30min). and then on to Malaga City itself. The train also stops at a series of stations between these 2 terminuses.

At the same time, it’s conveniently located close to everything I need, making it the ideal spot to enjoy all that the area has to offer. The process for check-in and exiting is always smooth and hassle-free, which adds to the overall convenience. I just love coming to Spain to enjoy the beautiful views, warm weather, and a nice drink on the balcony with a view. This is my favourite place in Spain.
