Lovely town house with 3 bedrooms not far from the beach.
Shared pool with children's pool. Great view.
You don't need a car here as it is not far from the beach and restaurants, but it is a hilly area so not for those with walking difficulties.
There is 1 private parking space
The house is owned by the Danish artist, Steen Karlsen, as you can see from the many beautiful paintings around the house.
In the living room there is a dining area, a sofa (sofa bed for 2 people) and a fully equipped open kitchen. Exit to the conservatory with a view of the Mediterranean, where you can sit and enjoy the Spanish evenings. On this floor there is also a toilet. There is a television with Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and English channels. Also free wifi.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The large bedroom has 2 single beds (which can be put together to make a double bed) and here you have a terrace where you can sit and enjoy the view and the sound of the sea. The second bedroom has a double bed and a small balcony. Both bathrooms have showers. On the 2nd floor you will find the third bedroom with a sofa bed and built-in wardrobes. There are many stairs in the home and no lift. There is a roof terrace with a dining area for 8 people, a couple of deckchairs and a large barbecue. From here there is a fantastic view of the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. There is air conditioning with cold and hot air throughout the house.

Summary: Pros: Lejligheden fremtræder lys og dejlig med flere terrasser og altaner. Kulturelt inspirerende lejlighed med ægte kunst på væggene. Flere plan med stentrapper er udfordrende for ældre, umuligt for gangbesværede. Strand tæt på, men meget stejl bakke skal forceres først. Til gengæld dejlig udsigt fra alle plan i lejligheden, specielt fra dejlig tagterrasse. Lokaltog og bus i gåafstand, let til Malaga og Fuengirola. Supermarked tæt på er reelt kun en kiosk med høje priser, større indkøb skal foretages i Fuengirola 3-4 km fra lejligheden (bus eller tog). Alt var rent og velholdt og de annoncerede faciliteter var tilstede og virksomme. sikkerhed i top med gitterport. Svimmingpool lille, men ok. God kommunikation med udlejers mellemmand. Fin intro til lejlighed og omgivelser ved ankomst. Området er meget turistpræget, mere end forventet, omgivelser virkede let slidte og præget af igangværende byggeri.

Summary: Pros: We had a really lovely week here. The house was clean and comfortable and well maintained with all we could need for our stay. It's part of a complex of houses and has a lovely Spanish feel to it. It seemed to be mainly families staying there and was very peaceful. The swimming pool was easy to access and never too full. The roof terrace was great and although it was too hot to be out there in the day, we spent each evening sitting under the stars. It is only a few minutes from the beach and we didn't need to hire a car for our stay but the walk back up to the house is pretty steep so carrying shopping back was hard work but not a huge problem. Carvajal is situated on the edge of both Benalmedena and Fuengorola and is relatively quiet but still has a few nice restaurants on the beach to enjoy. Ann Charlotte was very kind and welcoming and helpful. I definitely recommend this as a place to stay.
