Positive: The hotel was good overall all. It was very crowded in pick of the season. The food was delicious showing the turkish cuisine. The swimming pools were good. The kids club was nice. The night activities especially the shows were amazing.
Negative: The food menu looked repetitive and we wished to have special plates for the kids

Positive: We loved our rooms, they were spacious and seaview was mesmerising. My children loved the slides, pools and the icecream. The hotel offers plenty of snacks throughout the day.
Negative: For some reason we got different wristband colors to literally everyone so we felt discriminated. We had white ones and rest of the guests had dark green. Most of the staff can't understand English, even the basic words. The cleaning team was very rude. The Guest relation staff didn't solve any of our problems, their sun lounger cleaning team threw away our t shirts and our sandtoys, it was a nightmare to explain this due to the language barrier. One of the staff member brought wine bottles to our children's room without getting permission, we complained about it and they didn't remove it and the next day another man went to our children's room without their permission again and asked to my 15 years old child that do you want wine. So irresponsible and inappropriate behaviour.
Summary: Beautiful Sea
