Negative: • Misleading Advertising: Despite the name "Open Space - Garden & Jacuzzi" and the photos, the host informed me after booking that the jacuzzi requires an extra €70 fee or I should cancel. No compromise was reached even for a single day use. • Poor Hygiene: While it looks clean on the surface, the inside was neglected; the trash cans inside the cabinets were full, and there was old ice cream left in the freezer. • Extreme Noise: Soundproofing is non-existent. I could clearly hear neighbors until 11:30 PM, a dog barking in the next room, and every footstep in the hallway. The building is also very close to a noisy train line. • Complex Access: Entering and exiting is a hassle, requiring codes for two external doors and downloading a specific app just to open the apartment door.

Summary: I do not recommend this place if you value transparency, peace, or cleanliness. The experience did not match the price o

Positive: The house was spotless, modern, and had pretty much everything we needed. The location was also great — not too far from the city centre and easy to get around. The host was brilliant and genuinely tried to help as much as possible. The hot tub was a little complex at first, and even with the guide it took a bit of trial and error over a few days to fully understand how to control it. But once we figured it out, it was amazing — and the host did their best to support us throughout. Overall, it was a lovely stay and definitely worth every penny. I’d 100% recommend this place if you’re staying in Ilam. Thank you again for such a great experience!

Negative: there were no proper duvets, only blankets, so it did get quite cold at night. Also, a clearer guide on how to use the heating would really help, as we tried several times to increase the temperature but couldn’t get it to work.
