Positive: Good breakfast included at the time you want. The staff was amazing and helped me figure out the ferry situation due to the typhoon. The standard of the room was very high compared to what I usually get in smaller cities in the Philippines. Desk with keyboard, mouse, kettle, toiletries and even a fridge if you need. Very clean.

Negative: Not much around the location but you can walk to town (20mins) or get a tricycle. Had to ask for water to be turned on in the room when I came back from the city, happy that someone was here to help with that.

Summary: High standard room, very clean and helpful staff.

Positive: The family suite was big. Also was close to the gaisano mall and McDonald's. The air conditioner was very good.

Negative: Had no kitchen wares except for the water kettle. Also, there was no water in the bathroom unless you told the staff to turn it on. That includes water in the toilet, sink, and shower. The water in the kitchen has no pressure at all. Barely anything comes out. The rooftop patio wasn't very clean, dusty tables and floor. Only had a mini fridge, not a full sized fridge recommended. Sofa bed was broken and pillows way to soft no support.

Summary: 4 star prices for 3 star hotel.
