Summary: Fantastic perfect hotel with a staff that is truly top notch. There is literally nothing wrong here at this hotel and the breakfast is in the top 3 I’ve had all over the world. Even their own restaurant is up there, in a town know for food! I can’t wait to return! Also one of the best shower water pressures I’ve had in a while!

Summary: This hotel is listed as a five star, the decor and vibe overall certainly matches this. The facilities are all there and it’s located just outside the centre of Seville. We had high expectations for this place, upon arrival we were very disappointed. We didn’t feel welcomed, no drink offered unlike what we saw for other guests, no offer to take our bags or to show us to our room. We were signed up to the rewards programme with no real clarification on what this is. We had drinks every evening we stayed, there was one lovely bar man however the service was awful. We sat for an hour at the bar at one point with no service, we were the only ones there with a few in the restaurant. We would have had a few drinks here as we liked the vibe however having been there for two hours in total. We only managed to have one drink served. The hotel has different functions throughout the venue. We had coffee and cake at the bakery which was lovely but again the service was awful. Not very friendly at all. The pool is a lovely touch and the guy managing the area always kept of top of couples leaving towels on beds. Which we felt was very well done. More hotels should do this. It is small though so it only takes a large family to take over the place which it did on one occasion. Check out wasn’t any better. I knew I had charges left to pay from drinks however no detail breakdown was shown, no offer to sort onward travel either. Again didn’t feel welcomed.
