Positive: It has a well appointed kitchen and some good shared space. Effectively there are 2 apartments - one upstairs and one down.

Negative: The property is a little further from Omapere and Opononi than we had envisaged. The decor is interesting and there are lots of rules. The downstairs shower was not functioning properly which we did not discover until late in the stay. It is expensive for what it is.

Positive: The view, location. The house was beautiful.the spa was great .we would book again . Our group was amazed at how beautiful the house was and it worked for the different ages from the older generation to kids . Everyone enjoyed their stay

Negative: The spa was not in a covered area and the wind was blowing. So it was hard to enjoy in the evening but it was great in the morning when the wind wasn't so strong.

Positive: House is in a beautiful location, gorgeous views, plenty of room for our large group of family and friends.

Negative: The in house manual had excessive rules. These hosts have clearly had some bad experiences with guests in the past so I understand where they are coming from however the in depth instructions are a bit off putting for groups who regularly rent and are responsible.

Summary: Excellent house and facilities. Beautiful part of NZ to spend time at.
