Positive: The rooms are exactly as in the pictures, beautiful, modern, very clean, with balcony and air conditioning. The location is very close to the beach. Free parking on site. A big plus is the shop on the ground floor (opens late, at 09:00) which sells pastries in the morning.

Negative: The food in the restaurant was average... I don't recommend it. For example, a pizza costs 14 euros and it's frozen!!! You can't have breakfast before 11:00 when the hotel restaurant opens. Small and very hot room. The air conditioning doesn't really cope. Daily cleaning, but the towels were changed only after 3 days! The staff was not the best. They acted like they were bothered by us all the time. The biggest disadvantage of this hotel is that they only offer hot water in the afternoon. You are not allowed to take a shower at night and in the morning!!! I reported this to the staff every day for 3 days, and each time they said they would call the plumber. After staying for 6 nights, I realized that it was a lie and that they only offer hot water in the afternoon. It really bothered me that they lied 3 times that there was a problem and that the plumber would fix it.

Summary: Nice hotel, but NO HOT WATER!!

Positive: Rooms are exactly as on pictures, very clean and have everything you need. The food in resraurant was really good and the staff was kind. Absolutely recommend this place!

Positive: The room is big enough for a family of 4. Very clean.The location is close to the beach.The fact that downstairs they have a restaurant and a shop is a plus .The restaurant is one of the best in Prinos.

Positive: Clean, new furniture, good location, glossary store under the hotel.

Negative: Room: No wardrobe, balcony view of the double room faces the back yard, which is under construction! Not pleasant view, in fact! General:?No reception. Entrance to the building is through the restaurant, between the tables, which is not comfortable especially when you having luggage
