Positive: We spent a wonderful vacation at Aem house. It was very well equipped and was cool enough, so we didn't need to use the air conditioners despite the heat outside. It was close (by car) to our favourite beaches. The private parking was a big plus in the narrow streets of Prinos. The owners live on the upper level with their lovely kids who played every evening with ours :) They were very friendly and hospitable, but never bothered us. We are definitely coming back!

Positive: The apartment is recently renovated, it's clean and super comfortable, and it has everything a family would need. We felt at home! The walls are very insulated, and so the temperatures are kept low for a long time after using the AC. We have used the AC during the night only once in 11 nights! The hosts are very nice people! They were always asking us if everything is good and if we needed something else. They gave us fresh vegetables grown in their own garden, a bottle of olive oil, boiled corn, and a gift at the end, which was a nice surprise for us! The two younger sisters played with our daughter. The huge bonus for us was also the private covered parking place. The car was always in the shadow, not under direct sunlight, besides the fact that it was always safe. Probably everyone knows about the narrow streets in the Greek villages, Prinos is not an exception. Therefore, having a parking space for your car is a great feature! We recommend Aem House if you don't search for a property near the beach. Choosing a property further from the sea side has its own advantages: less tourists, less noise, less mosquitoes, and lack of wasps.

Positive: Great apartment, very cozy and with all the expected amenities. Super friendly owners. Great holidays for a family of four. The location is in a quiet part of the village, very peacful. A car was a must for our family, who loves to explore the surroundings.

Positive: The apartment was super cosy, everything is brand new and it was super clean. You also have a patio where you can have a dinner or just chill and a great BBQ area. The area is very calm and you can relax.
