Summary: We made a company trip to Greece and stayed with Nikolas and his wife in their amazing Villa for 4 days. The Villa itself looks even more astonishing in real life then in pictures! We had amazing hosts that took care of us and we got everything that we needed. Nikolas helped me to arrange different trips for our people and everything went really smoothly and well. We had really great trip and we enjoyed ourselves. Thank you once more Nikolas!

Summary: In order to organise a trip for a big group in may, we decided to explore the villa in the beginning of march. From the moment the owner picked us up at the airport of Athens it felt like one big relief; no effort was spared to assure us we've booked an excellence accommodation. After the owner showed us the pittoresque city Anavyssos(nearest supermarket, hospital, shops etcetera), our first sight of the villa got us euphoric. The villa is spacious so that everyone can take some private time, but also contains enough spaces where big groups join to party, watch movies or play games(pool/soccer and so on). Subsequently, it is clear that the owner and his wife are friendly and eager to make sure everything is there to make your holiday the best ever. To illustrate that, 'You want to take the bike? We got at least 30 of them' or 'You want to organise a great dinner with traditional food? Let's go to HMA in Anavyssos to taste some food, make a reservation when you're here with your group and make sure they deliver it' or 'You like to play music? We got a drum, several guitars and mic to sing along'. The owner is aware that there are a lot of frauds over the internet and offered to come over there for free so that we could see his genuine aims to give his guests the holiday they want, and took all our sceptic assumptions away. Now we can't wait till we get back there in may and are already fantasizing how it will be there in this gigantic, fantastic well-equiped villa with all of our friends.

Summary: Would like to thank Nikolas and his family for having our group to stay and helping us to plan a truly incredible holiday in September, we are so excited. I couldn’t believe how big and well kept the viler was, more of a mansion. The photos really do not do it justice. Every meal was exceptional and the local knowledge meant we really made the best of every moment we had. I was also a big fan of the chickens and could definitely live off those beautiful eggs! x

Summary: This villa is, amazingly, even better than the photos make it seem. Spacious, sunny, luxurious, a swimming pool. We planned a trip for a large group and the owners invited us over for a weekend, free of charge, to plan ahead and make sure everything would run smoothly. They're friendly people who didn't mind driving us around to show us the sights or taking some time to plan ahead for the large vacation to come. While we were there on our preparation weekend, the area around the swimming pool was being improved with a pavilion, keeping the wind away (though the water was still too cold in March). Bicycles are available at the location, which is excellent for Dutch guests. Frankly, I cannot wait to return here in the summer!

Summary: We are in the process of organising a holiday for a group of 50 friends. Upon making a booking with Nikolas for a week in September 2014, he invited the 5 of us organising the trip over to see the villa and grounds in advance, and stay for the weekend for free. The grounds are spacious and the villa is in extremely good condition with easily enough space to accommodate 50 people comfortably. The pool is large and surrounded by sun loungers, canopies for share and a handy bar nearby. The best thing about the place is Nikolas himself who did everything he possibly could have to show us around and help us plan the week in September for all our guests. Truly looking forward to going back, Thanks Nikolas.

Summary: We stayed in the villa with our extended family in October 2012. The large space allowed us to be together with everyone when we wanted company, and on our own when we wanted quiet. The large porch and poolside were very pleasant. The proximity to the beach and to restaurants made it easy to relax and enjoy good food. The amenities were great: well equipped kitchens and laundry rooms, internet connection, TV. The service was excellent. No doubt the villa was an important contributor to our wonderful vacation.

Summary: The villa had rooms for all the members of our family, with Jacuzzis, TV, air conditioners and extended sitting areas with easy chairs. The large plot on which the villa is build, is surrounded by a wall and the entrance is through digitally controlled gates. We could leave our cash open on the tables. Most surprising of all is the high class, large swimming pool in the middle of an extended garden surrounded by palm trees. The owners, a couple, went all of the time out of there way to make us feel welcome and have become our friends. If you are looking for a place to spend with family and/or friends, and have a great vacation, this is it.
