Summary: This was a beautiful 4 bedroom home. Perfect for 4 sisters. The covered patio was FANTASTIC! If it hadn't been for the neighbor's barking dogs we would have spent more time out there. Kitchen was well stocked and the communication with the owner was GREAT!Some minor repairs need to be made. Located in a nice neighborhood with easy access to interstate and local roads.

Summary: Disappointed after reading previous 5 star reviews that convinced me to stay here. Needs a thorough cleaning. House has a musty smell, living room carpet needs either steam cleaned or replaced, bathroom fans were filthy, kitchen fan dirty and has spiderwebs, patio cushions were very dirty to sit on. Had to put a towel on them. The good things were the covered patio, the size of the home was nice, the decorations on the walls were cute. The beds were clean and comfortable also. This home has great potential if it just had some TLC.
