Summary: The house with 2 bedrooms off to the side is very outdated. The beds sag in the middle and there is no TV anywhere. The 3 bedroom house is much more modern and has a lot more amenities including a TV (in the living room only) although the view is incredible, there is geese poop everywhere so be sure to wear shoes you don’t care too much about Both houses have a bit of a musty smell but not terrible. Would still recommend for a small gathering

Summary: We had a great time at the lake house. It has a nice beach area and easy access to the lake. The out doors area has a variety of seating, a fire pit and grill. We hope to be able to come back and stay again!

Summary: This house is clean and cozy and very comfy. The lake/mountain views are spectacular and accessible from two bedrooms, the living room, kitchen and porch. On a warmish December afternoon, we enjoyed tea and cookies at the water's edge, just a few steps from our back door. We imagined morning coffee or wine at sunset in the warmer months. We give it our multigenerational approval. And many thanks to Deb for her care.

Summary: This property is hands down the best place we have ever stayed! The beach area is something I could never even imagine and I've been coming to Squam Lake my entire life. To watch the next generation of kids enjoy the water rain or shine is something truly special! This is a rare find on the lake and we enjoyed our stay greatly!

Summary: Great location. Very relaxing wish the weather was better but having morning coffee by the water was a great way to start the day. We had a visit from mother duck and her babies and a little bear cub one day. Would definitely rent again.
