Positive: Everything. Nice, secure, spacious, comfortable with large rooms and ensuites. Nice entertaining area with infinity pool. Very helpful staff. Wonderful place to stay with plenty of space for everyone.

Negative: Only downside was not walking distance to main beach areas.

Positive: Met at the villa with welcoming ceremony. Lovely villa. Staff friendly when we saw them.

Negative: Third year we have stayed there but sadly standards have slipped. Two water machines during stay but neither worked properly. Air con took 3 days to fix, With no clear Manager now standards have slipped. Service lacking now.

Summary: Enjoyable but probably won't stay there again.

Positive: Property is good inside. Location especially the entrance to villa complex is bad. Very narrow and no car can go. One of the room had bad air-conditioning and horrible shower, water was either hot or cold alternating but never right.
