•Backyard, parking area are shared with other guests, staff & owners.

•Hot tub additional fee $50 per night, use must be schedule upon booking and set up is depending on weather.

House Rules:
•Do NOT knock on any DOOR and do NOT disturb the NEIGHBORS.
•Report any damages upon arrival to avoid damage deposit deductions.
•Late check out fee is a full day rate.
•Only 1 pet per reservation. Pet must stay inside a crate when left unattended inside the property. A picture of the crate must be sent prior to check in.
•Visitors are NOT allowed inside the property unless they are part of the reservation. Any undisclosed visitor will be counted as a guest and additional fees will apply.
•Do not share the check in instructions nor show booking information to anyone outside of the reservation. If we become aware this rule has been broken, the reservation would be cancelled without refund.
•Damaged/Stained towels or linens will be deducted from deposit at $10 per piece.
•Reservations 3 days or longer, it’s the guest responsibility to take out the garbage to curbside.
•Leave regular bagged garbage at the curbside MONDAY & THURSDAY night. Leave recycle (glass, aluminum, cardboard) IN FRONT of the garage door for the staff to pick it up. If the property gets fined for throwing recycle items within regular garbage, the fine will be deducted from your deposit. The lowest fine is $200 and it takes a court day.
•Use only kitchen cabinets to store food. The house is pest free, if we need to get an exterminator after check out, the cost will be deducted from your deposit.
•No smoking in or near the house. There's a $500 cleaning fee if cigarette or weed odor is found.

Summary: Vrbo made the reservation for me, but it was a good choice for me and my group. Walgreens across the street is a great perk for forgotten items, outside of that the property was cool.

Summary: It's an excellent property, clean and well furnished in a nice neighborhood where everything is within reach. Comfy beds, big kitchen, plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a Walgreens just across the street. Had a very relaxing stay. Thanks abt!!

Summary: NO! Oddest home away/ vacay home I have ever used. We came back from NYC at like 4 am anf the front door was wide open. With fresh mop marks on the floor. There were signs stating they would br cleaning but to come in at 3 am and leave our door open? 4 people traveling with Louis Vuitton luggage and ir was left available for the neighborhood to grab. I Was receieving emails when we would even leave a water cup in the sink. Yes there are 5 beds.. That about sums up the best part. No tv, cable , roku, hulu, etc. There is NO living room. We bougbt a tv at wal mart and made one room a sitting area then returned the tv. No shoes in the house. And half of the house stays freezing in winter. Theres a locked door. Thats to the person that lives downstairs. Alltogether a creepy experience. Felt more like a hostel with someone coming in yout space every single night when we would leave. They nevet once cam by between 9am and 9pm. Normal hours..

Summary: Our family and friends found this house to be very nice. It was clean. They owners were quick to respond to questions and were helpful with information regarding NJ and NYC. The only downfall was a place for everyone to sit and talk. There is no living room and the kitchen was too small to gather. We did not spend a lot of time in the house so it was no big deal to us. However, if you are coming together to socialize before going out there will be no place to do this. We would stay at this house again.
