Positive: What we did see of the cabin was really good. Compact, but you expect that of a tiny house. Comfy bed, tidy bathroom and lounge/ kitchen. We were offered another house on the same property, there are 3, so ended up staying in a big house with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. Lots of heating options, which we took advantage of as it was very cold weather. The bed was comfortable and had enough bedding to keep warm. The showers worked well and the kitchen was well appointed. The owner was only a text away and very helpful.

Negative: I need to explain that we didn't get to stay in the one-bedroom cabin as it had just been painted and was not suitable to stay in.

Negative: Well the property definitely needs some love ,clean but needs work floor buckles when you walk on it , very cold as old sliding windows, definitely needs paint to cover rust appearing on walls definitely and a good refresh, tv remote dosnt work don’t feel it was worth $144 a night

Summary: Quit disappointing as it looks good in pictures but think the pictures may be old from when cabin was fairly new

Negative: The building needed some TLC. Doors very hard to open. No parking area outside, the paddock was very wet and there was evidence that someone's vehicle had recently got stuck.

Positive: The location when you get there I loved. But low cars may run into trouble on the access road to the unit. Mine seemed to be high enough off the ground to avoid troubling underneath my car.

Negative: I would suggest rails to help get up the steps. Too difficult for me. I had to move one of the outdoor chairs close to the edge of the lovely deck to hold on to and to pull me up. I am 84 in July.

Summary: I would love to stay long during the summer and jus relax in the sun on the deck.

Positive: Location was good. A bit difficult accessing the cabin by car as it was easy for car to get stuck in the mud so we parked near the entranceway a few meters away. Good modest facilities. Decent fridge to store food and we were able to cook using 1 stove-top.

Negative: * Condensation made it difficult to open and close the toilet door. * You cannot close the door joining bedroom to kitchen/lounge. * Muddy parking area meant we had to walk a few meters in the mud, which we almost got stuck in. * Out of courtesy, I text the owner and asked about afternoon visitors (my son, grandson and wife). A very quiet catch up before we left the next day. The owner was quite reactive and decided to give us a 8pm curfew. There's nothing stated in the booking rules about curfews or guests. Only about parties which we had no intention of doing in a country suberb where we ourselves wanted peace and quiet. Perhaps update your booking rules. *Difficult to lock and unlock the front door. * our bed had only one fitted sheet, and not a top sheet. And not sure if duvet cover had been replaced or washed (assumed so) The place is very sweet but very tired so could do with some DIY.
