100 m from the Rhône river, for walking or reaching other areas of Lyon.
Ideally located, close to all amenities (grocery store, bakeries, pharmacies, post office, hospital, etc.).
Near Place Jean Macé, Perrache Train station, Metro B, Tram 1 and 2, Station Vélo'v, bus.
Underground paying parking space is optional (9€ per day).
A deposit of 200€ will be required. It will be returned at the exit of the premises if no damage is found.

Summary: It’s a nice place, particularly for a couple willing to walk into town as its within easy reach of the Metro (10 mins), buses and trams are nearby also.

Summary: I have been in this apartment for almost 2 weeks. The first 2 in Lyon. In the house I have found everything that I needed to live. I have passed pleasant days also thanks of the comforts that I had at home
