Positive: Location with a nice view. Quiet place. Spacious rooms. Breakfast served in the room. Bottle of water and tea/coffee supplied daily.

Negative: You pay the price of a 5-star hotel, however, the facilities are not equivalent of those in a 5-star hotel. Photos and description are somehow misleading. There is no direct path to a beach (as one could assume from the photos), but there is a path nearby. There is no TV in the rooms (not absolutely necessary on holiday, I agree), but then do not advertise it... When we arrived we were given a suite for 2 days, and were informed by text message that we should change room the next day, as this was an upgrade they offerred for days!!! Nobody explained this on arrival, and no reasonable explanation was given after I asked (I assume there was an issue with room availability). I would prefer honesty and sincerity. Nevertheless, we preferred the room we had booked. There is a gym, with nice view, but instruments are outdated and the room needs maintenance. The latter I mention speicifically, because of the high price visitors are paying and facilities shoud be of that standard. Generally the place is nice, but overpriced. Some attention to detail is needed to justify the cost, and advertisment/photos should not be misleading.

Petros & his team have gone above & beyond to make our stay in this private oasis special, thanks a million! The breakfast by Artemis will fill your stomach & your heart. Positive: Over all we had a lovely stay - The room was very nice and comfortable and the breakfast was amazing the view from the cliff side seating area was stunning the owner / staff were lovely

Negative: The immediately area around the room / property is a bit unfinished and you have a view of the car park on one side. We didn’t like the blue neon lights and the bathroom / toilet doesn’t have a proper door so not very private. The price is a bit expensive for what it is .
